South Africa’s High Commissioner to Ghana and Sierra Leone, H.E Grace Jeanet Mason last week received a delegation from Dyzrupt Limited led by Chief Communications Officer, Mr. Kwame A.A Opoku to facilitate an official Media Announcement of the Partnership and Endorsement and to throw her complete weight behind the project’s flagship initiative; DYZ-AWE (Dyzrupt African Women Empowerment Challenge).
In her address to the Media, she re-echoed the need for Governments and Institutions to bolster relations with Private entities who seek to drive transformation across the continent especially in the areas of Women Empowerment. She spoke about her personal passion for Women Empowerment, and her Government's commitment to support women across the continent for which reason the opportunity to partner Dyzrupt is one that was met with open arms. The project according to her, has received the full backing of the Embassy and in extension her home country and will be supported in all ways to reach as many young women across the continent who could use the platform to access much needed funding to foster innovations and create wealth for the everyday African.
In a statement issued by the Chief Communications Officer of Dyzrupt Limited to the Media, he expressed the Company’s excitement at such a mainstream Partnership which is central to the success of the ecosystem.
